Established in 2009, AVNIET began with an intake of 240 students and has now grown into a reputed institution with a total intake of 900 students. Affiliated to JNTUH, the institute has earned recognition for delivering quality technical education in Hyderabad.
The institution was accredited by NAAC with a B++ Grade in 2018 and re-accredited with an ‘A’ Grade in 2022. AVNIET achieved autonomous status from the academic year 2023–24 for a period of 10 years, reflecting its commitment towards academic excellence and innovation.
AVNIET offers multiple B.Tech and M.Tech programs with NBA accreditation renewed up to December 2028. The campus provides a peaceful, pollution-free environment that encourages collaborative learning, cultural inclusiveness, and professional growth.

AVNIET proudly announces that All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi granted AICTE – IDEA Lab with a grant of Rs: 90 Lakhs as AICTE-AVNIET-Industry partnership project. This cutting edge innovation hub promotes hands-on learning, creativity and interdisciplinary research. Equipped with advanced tools like 3D printers, CNC machines and AI/IOT kits. It enables prototype development and industry-linked research and also activities such as skilling programs, hackathans and boot camps to foster innovation and entrepreneurship.
AVNIET has been recognized as a Business Incubator and Host Institution under the Ministry of Micro small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India. This initiative aims to nurture innovation, support startups and promote entrepreneurial growth by providing funding and mentorship.
