Placements Overview
The Training and Placement Cell facilitates the students to explore the world of employment and career avenues. It also helps students in career planning, so that the students can choose their career more effectively.
The objective of the Training and Placement Cell is on the professional development of the students by training them towards employability skills, right from the First year of B.Tech, which in turn helps the students to move into a desired occupation in the extreme competitive world.
The Training and Placement Cell takes the initiative to explore career avenues for the students through visits to new companies and unexplored sectors. Campus recruitments are organized every year.
The selection process generally starts with a pre-placement talk in which a firm/organisation gives the students insights into the company profile, job profile, career path, CTC etc. which is followed by the actual selection process i.e., written test, group discussion, interview etc.
At AVNIET, we have state-of-the-art facilities that make campus recruitment a pleasant experience. Faculty Coordinators from each department are also present to provide assistance throughout the selection process.

Mr. G.N.V.Kaparthi assists the Training & Placements Department in carrying out different Campus Drives, helps students align with training, and guides them for their careers.
As Head of Training & Placements at AVN Institute of Engineering & Technology, I have led the charge. My tenure has been characterized by a strong collaboration with the business community and fruitful campus drives. My ability to lead and communicate effectively guarantees that these young professionals are prepared to handle the ever-changing landscape of the industry.
