Organizing faculty development program on outcome based education is a regular practice in AVNIET.

All the faculty members have actively participated in FDP’s.

Prof.K. Kishan Rao, Rtd Director, NIT Warangal emphasized the development of the course outcomes and how it must be correlated to Blooms Taxonomy Levels.

Prof.M.Hanmandlu, Rtd Prof.IIT Delhi emphasized on OBE Philosophy Bloom’s taxonomy levels.

Prof.NVS. Narasimha Sarma, HOD –ECE, Department,NIT Warangal explained how to develop PEO s and PSO s.

Prof.N.S .Murthy, Dean NIT, Warangal, explained and Verification of Curriculum gaps  and CO-PO Mapping.

Prof. R.Balasubramanian, Rtd Professor, IIT.Delhi and R&D Project Director NTPC Government of India., explained how curriculum is mapped to POs and PSOs and also how to identify the curriculum gaps.

Prof.M.Chandra Sekhar,HOD-CIVIL engineering Department NIT Warangal, explained the process of CO-Attainments.
